James is a member of the acredited panel of adjudicators for the British and International Federation of Festivals (www.federationoffestivals.org.uk)

James is in great demand as adjudicator and has recently adjudicated at the following festivals:

Harrogate, Norwich, Leamington Spa, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Colsterworth, Lichfield, Godalming, Brighton, Portsmouth, Northampton and Chipping Norton

Festivals do highly valuable work throughout the country in providing young musicians with a public performance opportunity, often (though not entirely) in a competitive environment.
They are then given feedback, advice and encouragement from expert adjudcators.
